Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.

Services Offered

Audiology services, including hearing aids, for Retirees are not available through Moncrief Army Health Clinic at this time.

The Army Hearing Program provides the required hearing testing for all active duty Servicemembers exposed to hazardous noise. Testing is available as a walk-in service 0730-1130 and 1300-1530 Monday and Friday. Walk-in services will be limited to availability the remainder of the week due to 120th AG BN Reception medical processing.

Servicemembers need to bring their hearing protection with them to have the annual check of the device completed at the time of testing. Re-fitting of hearing protection is also available as a walk-in service.
