Getting Care

Patient Relations

Moncrief is dedicated to providing quality healthcare to its customers. Our staff are always ready to assist with any questions and concerns you may have. Should you have a question or concern please contact our Patient Advocate's Office.

Patient Advocate

The Patient Advocate’s primary assignment is to assist you in exercising your rights as a patient. She is also available to act as your advocate and to provide a specific channel through which you can seek solutions to problems, concerns and unmet needs.

Beneficiaries can also fill out comment cards that are available in each of the sections or submit an Interactive Customer Evaluation comment (ICE) or a "How Did We Do" Feedback Form. We welcome your feedback, and ask that you include your contact information so we can follow up to let you know your concerns were addressed.

Joint Commission Accreditation

Moncrief is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. The mission of the Joint Commission on Healthcare Accreditation is to continuously improve the safety and quality of care provided to the public through the provision of healthcare accreditation and related services that support performance improvement in healthcare organizations.

Any individual who has any concerns about patient care and safety at Moncrief that has not been addressed, he or she is encouraged to contact management.

If the concerns cannot be resolved locally, the individual can contact the Joint Commission at 800-994-6610 or via email at complaint@jointcommission.org.
