ATTENTION:  As of Tuesday, 04 March 2025, we are experiencing a MHS Genesis outage.  This is affecting virtual (video visits), the ability to set appointments through our message center, and blocks the pharmacy from seeing new prescriptions being placed.  As soon as the issue is resolved, we will announce here and on our Facebook page.

ATTENTION:  Beginning on May 1, 2025, our pharmacy schedule at the Moncrief Main Pharmacy and the PX Refill Distribution Center will change.  To improve pharmacy efficiency and the timeliness of service, we are consolidating our staff to peak prescription demand times.

Our new pharmacy hours will be:  
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Closed Weekends and Federal Holidays
Closed after 1:00 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month.

Travel Clinic

Services Offered

Our travel clinic offers appointments with a medical provider to review travel plans and patients' medical histories and make recommendations for preventive treatments and vaccinations depending upon planned destinations. This service is available to all beneficiaries to include active duty service members planning leisure (but not official) travel.

To schedule an appointment, please contact us at (803) 751-5251. Same day appointments may be possible as our schedule permits.

It is important that you bring a list of all your medications and your vaccination record. If your vaccination record is current at our facility, we can access it in the clinic. We will also need to know your itinerary and travel dates in order to make appropriate recommendations. We do not actually give vaccinations in the travel clinic, so vaccinations ordered during your visit will need to be performed in Moncrief's immunization clinic. Please consider their hours when selecting an appointment time, especially if you need to travel a distance to visit us.
